Jan 04, 2016 When I move from an analogue studio to a USB based studio I struggled to use multiple digital inputs on my MAC. The solution was to create an aggregated device and aggregate.
Deckadance 2 is a DJ Mixing Application for Mac and Windows PCs. Deckadance works either as a standalone program or as a VSTi inside your favourite host. Deckadance 2 control with launchpad. Sep 14, 2017 I have been working with Deckadance for awhile now just as a hobby dj. I recently picked up a Novation Launch Control and was curious if there.
You need to update Serato DJ Pro software to Ver 1.6.3 and later as well as the firmware of DDJ-SZ in order to make the latency improvement effective. Drivers DDJ-SZ driver for Mac. Download pioneer dj ddj sz drivers.

Oct 17, 2017 Combine multiple audio interfaces by creating an Aggregate Device An Aggregate Device lets you use audio inputs and outputs from different devices at the same time with audio applications like Logic Pro X, GarageBand, MainStage, and most other Core Audio-compliant applications. Ableton Live - Using Multiple Interfaces on Mac. In spotlight search for Audio MIDI Setup. Open Audio MIDI Setup. At the bottom left corner of the Audio Device window click the + symbol and create a new aggregate device. You should now see your aggregate device listed.
I'm using Ableton Live 10 on my Macbook Pro early 2013 (i7 CPU) in my home 'studio'. I'm quite new to Ableton. I have 9 USB audio devices such as Roland Aira, Roland Boutiques and Behringer sound cards. The Mac only has 2 USB-3 ports so I have two USB-3 hubs (7-port each) of the same type connected to the USB ports.I know 'all' about aggregate devices and previously I managed to create an aggregate device including all inputs from the USB devices (30 inputs in total). It did even work with the known to be problemtaic 96kHz Aira devices in combination with 44.1kHz devices under OS X Sierra. Some latency of course but nothing problematic for me. I also have a few other USB devices for Midi and Push 2. If I plug in one more USB device (no matter what) the USB audio devices can no longer be used from Ableton. Not even if I try them as singel interface. The devices are visible including the input/output but no sound is received. I have tried different smaple rate settings but it should be 44.1kHz for the aggregate device. I updated to High Sierra and it got even worse.. It's not a CPU load problem either. If I instead startup Quicktime player and create a new audio clip and enable monitoring of audio all the devices work one-by-one. Even the aggregate device. I can hear sound from all devices. So why is it working in Quicktime but not in Ableton? I previously used Reason so I have tried it in Reason 10 as well and Reason has the same problem as Ableton. It does not work in Quicktime after having run Live or Reason. I have to reboot the computer. I suspected it might be an OS thing so I did a complete whipe and clean install (High Sierra). I have reset SMC and PRAM. The problem is still the same. I know I may be asking too much with so many audio devies but it is 2018 so it should not be necessary to go the analog way and buy a new mixer, more midi interfaces etc. I have managed to get an aggregate device without two of the Aira devices to work (96kHz). TR-8 can now be set to 44.1kHz in latest firmware so it works with the other devvices. However if I plug in one more USB (for example a midi device it all stops working. I have tried other USB hubs (Arkin), different ports etc but no luck.. Anyone have any ideas why the aggregate device is working in Quicktime Player but not in the DAWs? I could live with handling the two Aira devices via analog connections and external midi devices but as I wrote I cannot even plug in any more USB devices.
